Remodel - 1502 Avenue M, Hondo TX
Medina County is seeking sealed bids for remodeling the building located at 1502 Avenue M, Hondo. The building will be the future home of the Medina County Tax Assessor/Collector and Auto Registration Office.
A mandatory pre-bid walk through of the building will be March 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the County Judge’s Office, until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2025. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Commissioners Court will discuss and possibly accept and award bid during its next regular scheduled meeting on April 7, 2025.
Medina County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
